SOLUTIONS

Equipment monitoring and operational alerts

Connect equipment readings, history and alerts in an interface that helps operators understand what needs attention.

SAMPLE DATA

See how the status changes

This interactive model is not connected to real equipment or orders. Values and rules are illustrative.

Input

Equipment temperature

24°C

Simulated sensor reading

Rules are configured for the site and agreed before launch.

Next action

Save to history

Local safeguards must be reviewed and tested before enabling remote control.

Know which readings still describe the equipment

A dashboard is useful when people can distinguish a normal reading from an old reading or a disconnected sensor. We design monitoring for equipment owners who need a clear view across separate controllers, rooms or sites.

From a signal to an operational decision

Bring measurements, device states and event history into one interface. Set rules for thresholds, delays and repeated alerts. Give an operator enough context to acknowledge an event, check the equipment and record what happened.

Proposed workflow with test data

The following scenario describes a possible project extension. The interactive model on this page demonstrates a simpler change of state. Imagine a storage room whose temperature rises while its second sensor stops reporting. A demonstration can show the trend, the time of the last reading and two different events. These are illustrative readings, not measurements from a customer installation.

Connect what is already installed

We review controller interfaces, available protocols, network access and the required sampling interval. The design defines missing-data states, local buffering where appropriate and recovery after a connection returns. Monitoring alone does not authorize remote control.

For reliable exchange between applications, see API integrations. Infrastructure and recovery cover the services behind the interface.

Relevant documented experience

Since 2023, Dmitriy has worked on networks, servers, backend logic and the connection between greenhouse microcontrollers and a control GUI. The greenhouse-control project describes that confirmed contribution. It does not establish delivery of every function proposed on this page.

Implementation and support

We begin with the current equipment, one operational workflow and acceptance scenarios. The proposal identifies design, equipment selection, installation, integration and commissioning responsibilities. Scope, price, schedule and support terms depend on the site. Further stages may combine implementation with ongoing platform support.
