When a project needs a team

A larger product can require parallel work on interfaces, backend services, integrations and infrastructure. When the scope goes beyond an individual engagement, I bring in developers from different specialties.

The people I work with

These are colleagues from different disciplines and teams with whom I have worked or continue to work. We have delivered several projects together and understand how each person works. We have also hired additional specialists for tasks outside the group's expertise.

For each project, we discuss which roles are needed and who is available.

My role

I design the architecture and implement key parts of the system. Ideas and fundamental engineering decisions remain my responsibility. At the start of a team engagement we discuss my involvement, the roles required, responsibilities and how the result will be accepted.
