Catch the requests

Catch a falling request and drag it to Incoming. On touch, tap the request, then Incoming. Select its card and choose Reply for a message, Check for email or Transcribe for a call. When ready, drag it to Deals, or select it and tap Deals. Keyboard: Tab and Enter to catch, N to place, 1/2/3 to process and Space to sell. You can hold three requests across your hand and CRM. Each countdown starts when caught. Wrong actions reset the combo. Unfinished requests count as lost when the round ends.

Manually, you process one request at a time. Together, the system processes routine requests in parallel while you handle urgent ones. Autopilot runs all steps. Each mode has three active slots and the same processing times.
