AmoCRM with messaging and chatbot workflows

A CRM-centred project outline for Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat, telephony and operational reporting.

Concept illustration of the workflow

Bring conversations into the customer record

The AmoCRM brief described a central place for enquiries, sales stages and tasks. A chatbot for Telegram, WhatsApp and web chat would answer common questions, collect customer information and create leads. More complex cases needed a handoff to a person with the conversation context intact.

Messaging, permissions and CRM actions

Node.js and Python were listed for chatbot development, with Dialogflow or OpenAI models as possible language-processing engines. The source proposed intent detection, input validation and integration with the messaging platforms. AmoCRM fields, roles and pipelines would reflect the responsibilities of sales, support and administrators.

The integration plan linked payments, analytics and Asterisk telephony through REST APIs. Internal rules covered lead assignment, follow-up reminders, scoring and task creation. An AmoCRM API dashboard could expose response times, conversions and team activity, using Python visualisation tools or Google Sheets. These were planned capabilities and reporting measures. No business results were published.

The important handoff

The process needs an explicit boundary between an automated reply and an action recorded in CRM. Captured data, assigned owner and the reason for escalation should travel together. The brief also required customer-data migration, encryption, protection of API keys and opt-in/opt-out handling.

Testing, documentation and training were included in the scope so the sales and support teams could understand the resulting workflows. The brief does not identify a final chatbot provider or verify which of the outlined channels were deployed.

What this brief establishes

The original AmoCRM brief documents the proposed scope. It does not confirm the final deployment, current operation or measured business results.
