Bringing lead capture into GoHighLevel
The GoHighLevel brief brought together lead capture, sales pipelines and communication. Landing pages, forms and chat widgets would send enquiries directly to the CRM. Existing customer data needed cleaning, segmentation and import before automated follow-up could be useful.
Pipelines, communication and appointments
The implementation outline covered pipelines, stages, custom tags and workflows aligned with the sales process. Google Ads and Facebook Ads were named in the integration plan; LinkedIn appeared in the requirements. Triggers would update pipeline stages, create tasks and prioritise leads using agreed scoring rules.
Communication included personalised email and SMS sequences, appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up based on customer actions. Twilio was listed for call tracking and VoIP. Google Calendar was the scheduling connection. Payment integrations with Stripe or PayPal and external REST APIs extended the CRM beyond contact storage.
Reporting and handover
The reporting scope included lead sources, conversion rates, marketing return and revenue indicators. Google Analytics and reporting tools were planned for funnel visibility. These were reporting requirements; the brief does not provide measured improvements.
The brief also included end-to-end testing, team training and documentation. Consent, opt-out rules, appropriate access and backup arrangements were part of the requirements; no compliance audit is documented. A useful initial stage would trace one lead from capture through an appointment and its follow-up, including missed and repeated events.

What is documented
The earlier CRM page records the requirements and implementation outline. Final deployment, current operation and measured business results remain unconfirmed.
