Monitoring and software for wineries
Connect temperature records, cooling equipment and batch context in a practical workspace for winery operators.

This interactive model is not connected to real equipment or orders. Values and rules are illustrative.

Save to history
Local safeguards must be reviewed and tested before enabling remote control.
Keep a reading connected to the right tank and batch
A temperature chart loses its operational meaning when nobody knows which batch occupied the tank. We propose software for wineries that need to connect equipment records with the work happening around it.
Choose the first process together
A project might cover tank-temperature monitoring, cooling status, cellar conditions or the association between a vessel and its current batch. Operators need a history of readings and changes, with access matched to their responsibilities.
Proposed workflow with test data
The following scenario describes a possible project extension. The interactive model on this page demonstrates a simpler change of state. An illustrative tank card shows a fictional batch, temperature history and a cooling request awaiting confirmation. Moving a batch to another vessel keeps earlier records associated with their original context. These are test records, not a customer's wine-production data.
Review equipment and process limits
Inspect available controller interfaces and measurement quality before promising control. The winery's responsible specialist defines process targets and permissible actions. Agree manual operation, alert handling and failure behavior before enabling remote commands.
This is a proposed application of equipment and software integration, not a claim of a completed winery deployment. Shared telemetry belongs in equipment monitoring; business records and responsibilities belong in internal systems.
Relevant documented experience
Since 2023, Dmitriy has worked on networks, servers, backend logic and the connection between greenhouse microcontrollers and a control GUI. The greenhouse-control project describes that confirmed contribution. It does not establish delivery of every function proposed on this page.
Implementation and support
We begin with the current equipment, one operational workflow and acceptance scenarios. The proposal identifies design, equipment selection, installation, integration and commissioning responsibilities. Scope, price, schedule and support terms depend on the site. Further stages may combine implementation with ongoing platform support.
