Need your own system alongside Bitrix24? Bitrix24 integration with your own backend and tools

I build a separate backend or internal tool and connect it to Bitrix24. I also help you decide what stays in Bitrix24 and what moves out.

What this looks like in practice

Bitrix24 already runs your team, but the task is bigger

Your deals, tasks and team chat live in Bitrix24. Over time, things come up that you want to handle by your own rules: pricing calculations, complex scheduling, document processing, links to production or the warehouse. You can build rules like these inside the portal. You can also keep them in a separate system connected to Bitrix24.

What I do

I've worked with Bitrix24. For tasks like these I usually put the main logic into a separate backend or internal tool and connect it to Bitrix24 through an integration: the REST API plus inbound and outbound webhooks. Your staff keep working in the portal they know, while calculations, checks and exchange with other systems run on a separate server.

Part of the job is deciding what goes where. Customer records, tasks and conversations are often easier to keep in Bitrix24. Other parts are better moved into your own system or covered by something the company already has. I help you make that call before development starts.

I don't have a published Bitrix24 case study yet. A similar setup, where the CRM stays the managers' workspace and the logic runs on a separate server, is in the car rental case study with AmoCRM.

What I clarify before development

First I check your edition: the cloud portal or the self-hosted version on your own server. That affects the integration options and where the separate service will run. Then we look at the entities you rely on: deals, leads, smart processes, tasks. We sort out who changes what and which fields must match in both systems. I also check the API limits: request rates and the application's access rights.

A possible first stage

One scenario, end to end. For example, a deal in Bitrix24 moves to a new stage, a separate service runs a calculation or prepares a document, and the result goes back into the record. The employee sees whether the handover went through and can retry it without creating duplicates. We agree the scope and cost before development starts.

How we accept the result

We go through the agreed examples: an ordinary deal, a repeated request, an error in the external system, someone editing the record while it's being processed. We check what was written to Bitrix24, what's in your own system and what went into the log. You get a working scenario, a field description and recovery steps.
